Elycio Talen has proven that it is able to offer a very successful dual programme for the 'inburgering', which is the integration and participation of people in Dutch society, of immigrants in the Netherlands. The first group of so-called 'inburgeraars' that has participated in Elycio Talen's programme has managed to raise its proficiency level by no less than 69 %.

Elycio Talen has also managed to achieve, in participation with the Dutch Foundation for Integration and Employment (Stichting Integratie en Werkaanbod), that 85 % of the participants has found employment. Elycio Talen has specialized in offering made-to-fit programmes, always based on the individual.
